By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
OptiMerc provides automated SEO and AI readiness audits of websites, ongoing monitoring of those scores, alerts, guidance for fixing detected issues, and optional advisory and agency services. Audit results depend on third-party AI systems and public data, and are intended as guidance only.
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
You agree not to resell or redistribute the Service, reverse engineer or overload our systems, or use the Service for unlawful or abusive purposes. We may suspend access that breaches these Terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. We will give reasonable advance notice of any price change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
Cancel at any time from your account or billing portal. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to the free plan.
You retain all rights to the URLs and data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that data to operate the Service. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Audit scores and recommendations are automated estimates. We do not guarantee that your website will be indexed, cited, recommended, or ranked by any AI assistant, search engine, or platform. You are responsible for decisions made based on the Service.
The Service relies on third-party providers. We are not responsible for their availability or actions.
The Service, its software, design, and methodology are owned by OptiMerc and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service under these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Danish or EU law.
Either party may end the relationship at any time. Sections covering IP, disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive termination.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or through the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are subject to Danish courts. Consumer rights under your local law are not affected.
